New Facade on Center Street

The building at 141 North Center Street in downtown Goldsboro is in the process of being restored to its former glory. In its 'before' state the brick facade had been plastered and the original doors and windows had been removed. The altered facade was removed in 2015, and the new facade is now under construction.

Now Open: The Durham Hotel

The Durham Hotel, located in the former Home Savings Bank building, began taking reservations in mid-July. The building was constructed in 1968 and its unique form is easily recognizable in the Durham landscape. While the iconic stair towers offer slivered views of downtown, the rooftop deck provides a sweeping vista with miles of scenery.
