This modern day split level is receiving a revamp! The owner's childhood home was in need of expanding to create a more functional space for multiple generations living under one roof.
Renovations include an addition to the front elevation, adding a large living space at the mid level, enlarging existing bedrooms, and creating an independent father in law suite on the lower level. The mid level addition will connect the lower and main levels while respecting the site’s topography.
