Construction is moving right along at Donovan Manor!
This 15-acre estate is well on its way to becoming a full service wedding and event and is located just 10 miles outside of downtown Raleigh. Now accepting bookings October 2024 and beyond.
The main house (The Manor) was originally built as a single family residence. The Manor has been intentionally updated with modern amenities essential for a venue space. It includes 2 stately suites, a Glam Room, tons of natural light and stunning views of the estate. Just beyond The Manor a brand new ballroom is being constructed. Once complete this expansive space will provide sky high ceilings and beautiful moldings, accented with elegant chandeliers. There will also be a window wall creating the perfect backdrop for any event.
The grounds themselves have been thoughtfully designed so that the indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly from one to the other, including an indoor / outdoor bar connecting the Grand Ballroom and the Great Lawn.
Recent updates include: the rough-ins are nearly complete, drywall is going up soon, and the 22 ft ballroom window has been installed!
