Work is underway! Following a successful express permit review, Rufty Peedin has begun demolition at 2808 Wilmington St. This former grocery store, that was once a church, then a school, will now be transformed into an auto upholstery shop.
Located inside will be a few office spaces, in addition to an open workshop where cars and boats will receive maintenance. The new storefront will include overhead doors so that cars can be brought into the building.
