Just 4 miles south of downtown Raleigh (off of Tryon Rd) you’ll find The Maxwell - a family owned and operated wedding and event venue. Design work began in 2019 with the goal of blending old world charm and modern design for a flawless event experience. Since opening in March of 2021, The Maxwell has rapidly become a premier event venue in the Raleigh area.
This meticulously designed site features 2 large indoor spaces (a Great Room & Lounge) as well as an open air patio spanning across 7,500 sq ft of lawn space. The Great Room has 18’ ceilings with tons of natural light, exposed steel, and a large fireplace with a reclaimed wood mantel. The Lounge also provides lots of natural light and exposed beams along with a 20’ custom herringbone oak wood accent wall. The patio is beautifully landscaped, and the market lights and gas lanterns create a dreamy ambiance. Oh yeah, there’s plenty of parking!
