The pre-engineered metal framing is up at the Maxwell! Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2021 and we are excited to see this timeless modern concept come to life.
The Maxwell is a family owned wedding and event venue that will act as a flexible space near downtown Raleigh, great for both large occasions and intimate gatherings. Some of the building features include: a great room that can seat up to 250 people, a lounge with lots of natural light, a serene outdoor patio and cozy private suite.
