Our office worked on the historic facade renovation of the Dr. Pepper Bottling Plant building at 416 S. Dawson Street in downtown Raleigh.
Text from the newsletter: This ca.1935 Art Moderne-style yellow brick building bottled Dr. Pepper sodas until 1972. The former bottling plant in the Depot Historic District was rehabilitated 2015-2016 for an office tenant. This project was spurred by the use of the federal historic and state income-producing and mill tax credits with a private investment rehabilitation cost of $3.1 million.
