Alamo Drafthouse Cinema — Coming late 2017
Movies. Drinks. Dinner. ...all under one roof.
We've teamed up with Weiss Architecture in Austin, TX to provide architecture services to this upcoming Raleigh project. With 21 current locations, Alamo Drafthouse will make a new home in Raleigh toward the end of 2017. The new location will neighbor downtown on New Bern Avenue in a building that previously housed Winn Dixie. Alamo Drafthouse attributes its high quality viewing experience to a wide variety of films, craft beer and handcrafted cocktail selection, and quality service. Anchorlight
Progress has come a long way on our 1407 South Bloodworth project. Space A is now complete and the studio spaces are full. Space B is also complete and is now home to artist Jason Craighead. Space C (shown below) will be used as additional maker/studio space for Anchorlight, "an interdisciplinary creative space, founded with the intent of fostering artists and small businesses."
We currently have building permits, framing has begun and the new slab has been poured.
Update: The C.O. has been obtained and tenants will begin moving in later this month.
