The historic Lutterloh Building in downtown Sanford, built in the early 1900s, will soon undergo construction. The building owners held a 'pre-construction' party on Friday, October 13th (very fitting, we thought!) so that curious locals could walk through and experience the building in its 'before' state.
The building will be converted into three commercial suites on the first floor, and apartments on the second floor. We are utilizing historic tax credits, so original features such as the historic tile and beautiful wood trim will be preserved. We are excited to see this former doctor’s office take on a new life!
