This three bay beauty is currently being renovated on John Street in downtown Goldsboro. Permits were awarded earlier this year, and the construction team has been making steady progress since.

The downstairs is being converted into retail and bar space for a new bottle shop and home-brew supply store. The original wood front doors are being restored and the metal doors on the left side will be replaced with new wood doors to match. The beautiful etched glass transoms will remain, and the missing cornices will be replaced.

The upper story is being converted into five residences, where all of the existing original flooring and wood ceilings are being kept in tact.
Upstairs framing is almost complete.
